Through her executive-level experience with organizations of varying sizes and scopes, she has experienced association life "in the trenches" which has prepared her to deal with the unique challenges and the rapidly changing environment associations face on a daily basis.
Michele has helped organizations to both develop and execute strategic plans that have led to increased member engagement, new revenue streams, and improved diversity, equity and inclusion.
She asks the right questions, analyzes the data, and collaborates with the right people to develop innovative solutions that result in improved efficiency, streamlined processes, and successful program launches.
